• Chamfers, Steps, Bevels – all to customer drawings

Substrates and wafers

• Random orientation, A-plane, C-plane, M-plane,R-plane, custom orientation
• 5mm x 5mm, 10mm x 10mm, 2″ diameter, 3″ diameter, 4″ diameter, customer shapes/sizes
• 0.15mm-1mm thick
• Optical or Epi polish

• Fine ground or polished as necessary
