Our PI-KEM team have recently enjoyed a team development training and bonding day.
The National Memorial Arboretum in Alrewas, Staffordshire served as the stunning backdrop for the initial task of the day, which involved teams assuming the identities of spies to embark on ‘Operation Locate’, a treasure hunt-style activity, where participants had to solve puzzles and navigate their way to different memorials. Team spirits were high and everyone’s competitive sides shone through! To up the stakes, teams were given extra challenges throughout the morning for score boosting opportunities: from taking the best photo of the day through to creating scientific symbols using whatever materials they could find.
After a well earnt lunch, the team gathered in the comfort of the Arboretum’s conference rooms for a series of team-building activities aimed at improving customer focus and achieving success in service.
The team had an amazing day of building connections, and found inspiration and business motivation from Operations Director Fiona Rouse who planned the event…impressively well!
