We’re exhibiting at Quantum Dot Day - Hosted by University of Sheffield

Date: 26th November 2026

Venue: Sheffield Town Hall, Pinstone Street, Sheffield S1 2HH

Stand No: T1

About Quantum Dot Day:

Quantum Dot Day will bring together researchers working on quantum optics, spectroscopy, spin physics, transport, devices and applications, and the synthesis and growth of semiconductor quantum dots, plus defect-centre-based quantum emitters in diamond, silicon carbide, III-nitrides, and other material systems.

The 2026 meeting, hosted by the University of Sheffield, keeps the broader scope of Cardiff 2025 - colour centres and related emitters as well as epitaxial dots - with four invited talks plus contributed talks and posters.

Quantum Dot Day is supported by the IOP Optical Group and the IOP Quantum Electronics & Photonics Group.
