With a wealth of commercial sales and marketing experience from my varied 30+ years working in industry, I am responsible for shaping PI-KEM's company culture, core values, employee engagement and business transformation, whilst keeping employee experience a priority.
I develop and maintain the strategy and strategic vision for the PI-KEM Group of companies and oversee our Marketing, IT and Process Development. I manage a portfolio of annual and ongoing projects, including sustainability, resilience and well-being programmes.
I ensure our high-quality service is maintained through PI-KEM's customer service standards to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences and customer engagement.
I enjoy inspiring a customer success focussed team with a comprehensive customer success strategy of customer engagement, retention and satisfaction whilst also promoting a culture of pro-activity, innovation, transparency, collaboration and flexibility in all aspects of the business and monitoring for continuous improvement.
