Ultrasonic Welders

This is some text inside of a div block.

Ultrasonic welding is a high-frequency welding process used to join thermoplastic components through rapid mechanical vibrations. A horn face applies vibrational energy to the contact area, generating frictional heat that melts the material at the interface. As the components cool under pressure, a clean, solid weld is formed. This is without the need for adhesives, solvents, or external heat sources.

Ultrasonic welding systems supplied by PI-KEM are used across a wide range of research and advanced manufacturing applications.
